Fans everywhere have been anxious to hear the release date of the EAW demo as it has been expected for over a month now. Word is about that the release date is due very shortly and will be in the next issue of the Official Lucasarts Newletter. I have not subscribed to the newsletter so I have asked a friend of mine who is to let me know everything that is in the newsletter regarding the demo. We are all anxious to see how close the demo is going to be to the actual release date for the game because I cannot help thinking that as the demo release date keeps getting further away that perhaps there may be delays with the release of the game. We'll keep you posted. In the mean time you can always join our forums and express your views there.

EDIT: There is a thread over at Lucasarts Official Forums claiming the demo is going to be released on the 18th of this month. The person who posted it works for Lucasarts (he also provided us with the min specs for the game) so we can all be expecting it to come out on the 18th until we hear any more news. The reason I have not created an official news post for this is because I am yet to receive official confirmation of the release date.
